Mr. Moskowitz serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Stonemont Financial Group. Neal joined Stonemont in 2015 after gaining valuable acquisition and development experience at Landmark Properties and Pimco earlier in his career.

Mr. Moskowitz has taken on a variety of different roles and responsibilities during his tenure at Stonemont. He has been involved in acquisitions, development, construction management, asset management, and transaction management. As principal in the firm, Neal is now primarily focused on Stonemont’s industrial development including site selection, development of several build-to-suits for Fortune 500 clients, and overseeing the development of Stonemont’s large full-scale industrial park developments.

Mr. Moskowitz graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business in 2011. Neal and his wife live in Atlanta, GA and welcomed their daughter Zoey in April 2020 and are expecting their first son in February 2022. His beloved golden retriever Archie, is adjusting well to his growing family.

Joining RC Andersen in 2024 as Vice President, Eddie Slay brings with him a proven track record with over 30 years of successful construction projects across Southeastern United States. His experience in cities such as Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Savannah, Orlando, and Miami provides him with extensive insights into the various site conditions and limitations that can be encountered throughout the region. With this deep understanding of the different markets, Eddie positions himself as a key partner to his clients in their pursuits across the Southeast.

Leveraging his regional expertise, Eddie has developed a reliable network of subcontractors which ensures highly efficient and successful outcomes. Having established strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, along with a reputation as an industry expert, he will lead RC Andersen’s expansion into the Southeastern US market.

Eddie and his wife, Stacey, reside in the Northeast Georgia mountains, where he enjoys outdoor activities, trout fishing, and spending time with his eight grandkids.

Gregory Boler Jr. serves as Managing Partner for KMT Partners LLC (“KMT”). KMT sources and executes unique Industrial Development opportunities within primary and emerging markets across the East Coast. For most of his career, Greg has focused on the Industrial & Logistics Sector and has nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Over his career, Mr. Boler has sourced and executed more than 15M square feet of development, which is equivalent to $2B of stabilized value.

Prior to founding KMT, Greg served as Managing Director of the Eastern Region for Bridge Logistics Properties (“BLP”), the Logistics Value-Add and Development Arm of Bridge Investment Group. Before BLP, Greg served as a Logistics Group Partner at Transwestern Development Company (TDC), a private national development platform founded by principals of Ridge Property Trust and TDC. From 2019 through 2022, he increased the development pipeline growth from 3M square feet to 8M square feet in the Eastern and Central Pennsylvania Market. From 2016 to 2018, Greg was instrumental in supporting the East Region’s growth from Florida, including two markets, to seven markets within five states. The development team’s deployment increased from $50M to $330M. Greg began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) within the Project and Development Services. While at JLL, Greg managed over 4M SF of build-to-suit development for Industrial, Multifamily, and Retail clients. Greg received his Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where he was a walk-on Four Year Letterman Linebacker.

Willie Ross is a dynamic commercial real estate professional with over 13 years of experience spanning brokerage and principal roles. His career includes impactful tenures at Edens, CBRE, JLL, ES, and FP, where he built a reputation for creating visions and executing them with precision. Now at Triten Real Estate Partners, Willie brings his expertise to expanding the company’s presence in the Southeast and solidifying its position as a dominant player in industrial, IOS, and commercial real estate.

Willie thrives on the blend of interpersonal dynamics and business strategy that defines the industry. His accomplishments include being part of a market-dominant team at ES for five consecutive years and making a name for himself in the industrial sector as a second chapter of his career. A NAIOP Forum member, he is committed to leadership and team building, leveraging his unique perspective and respect for others to foster collaboration and innovation.

As the Senior Director of Portfolio Development at Legacy Investing, Kaleigh Jones oversees bulk industrial and IOS acquisitions across the southeast. With over a decade of experience in capital markets and leasing, Kaleigh has been instrumental in the sale of $3.2 billion worth of industrial, data center, and office properties with Cushman & Wakefield's DC Capital Markets Group and provided landlord representation and tenant advisory for a total of 3 million square feet during her tenure at CBRE. Kaleigh graduated from The Lovett School in Atlanta and the University of South Carolina and resides in Old Town Alexandria, VA.

Christina Graham represents real estate developers, owners, and operators across the United States on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. A significant portion of her practice is focused on development, and Christina regularly advises clients on all aspects of the acquisition, financing and disposition of existing assets in various asset classes. She also advises on mixed-use projects and has experience in the student housing sector.

Christina is known for guiding clients through each stage of an investment. Her practice often involves complex capital structures, joint venture arrangements, and transactions that require careful coordination across multiple stakeholders. She works closely with developers and investors to structure and close those complex transactions, often involving layered financing and thoughtful exit strategies. Her clients, including large industrial and multifamily owners and developers, rely on her to manage all aspects of their transactions, from negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements to handling reciprocal easement agreements, loan documentation, municipal incentives, and tax-efficient transaction structures.

brokers in Nashville, she leads the Foundry Industrial Brokerage team in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Melissa has more

than 16 years of real estate experience focusing on the leasing, sale and development of industrial properties in Tennessee as

well as across the US.

Melissa got her start in industrial in Memphis, TN where she previously served as Principal of the Cushman & Wakefield

(C&W) affiliate there. She served as the only female partner and only female broker in the firm.

Melissa has a strong business presence locally and online. She is consistently named one of the top Commercial Real Estate

Influencers to follow on Twitter and LinkedIn. In 2018, she launched #CREchat with colleague, Casey Flannery. The monthly

chat hosts Commercial Real Estate thought leaders from across the US and has garnered participation and praise from CRE

Mr. Fitzsimmons oversees the development, operations, marketing, and strategic planning for the Savannah Gateway Industrial Hub. A 2,600 dual rail served logistics park near the Port of Savannah as well as Broe Real Estate Group’s Eastern US industrial developments. Over the last 18 months, this includes over 2.1 million square feet of both rail served and non-rail served projects developed and sold as well as another 1.5 million square of projects currently under construction.

The Denver-based Broe Group directs a multibillion-dollar portfolio of real estate, transportation, energy, and investment assets that span North America. The Broe Group and its managed affiliates (Broe) are committed to long-term value and sustainable growth.

Mr. Fitzsimmons experience spans development, brokerage, and investment management in every region of the United States. He has completed industrial deals in excess of $ 1 Billion in value. Prior to joining Broe, Mr. Fitzsimmons was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Advisory Partners. He also held positions of, Vice President of Investments for IDI /Brookfield Logistics and Vice President, National Business Development for Industrial Developments International (IDI) and Director Southeast Logistics for Lee & Associates.

Education

Mr. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics and Geography and received his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia – Darden.
