Jefferson Station

Jefferson Station, originally built in 1930, is a former clothing and canvas mill that was redeveloped into a loft office building in 2000 and has been home to office, medical, and retail tenants ever since. Jefferson Station is ~70,000 SF and is a part of the greater Adaptive Reuse development known as East Point Exchange (EPX).

EPX, situated adjacent to and across the MARTA tracks from downtown East Point, is home to High Character Loft Office and Retail Space, Proposed Multi-Family Development, a pedestrian bridge on site that leads to downtown East Point and East Point MARTA Station, and a Multi-Use PATH system connecting all of East Point.

Designed as a purpose-driven and experiential community in the heart of East Point, EPX is located just 10 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and a quick 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. EPX is uniquely positioned to offer the best of urban living without the hassles of traffic. Workers from all walks of life are demanding easy access to public transit — and we’ve got it. Our spaces are just two MARTA stops from Hartsfield-Jackson Int’l Airport and four from Midtown Atlanta.

Our commitment to your safety

We have experienced the enthusiasm of returning to live in-person events this year, having safely and successfully hosted more than 10,000 executives to date. While we are thrilled to convene together to propel growth within CRE, COVID-19 remains a worldwide concern and Bisnow is committed to practicing safe protocols at our events. You can expect the following:

· In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are recommending that all participants wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Masks will be made available at the door.

· Temperature checks will be conducted at entry.

· Contact tracing procedures will be employed for any reported exposure.

· Socially distanced seating will be available in the main event space.

· Enhanced sanitization protocols will be adhered to throughout the event space including regularly disinfecting surfaces throughout the event and hand sanitizer provided to all attendees.

As local regulations and guidance evolve, the CRE industry continues to lead the way forward. As such, we will gather safely to do what we do best: network, connect, and engage to do more business. We look forward to hosting you soon.
