Peter Scialla is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Delos. Peter is responsible for executing on the strategic vision and global operations of the company with a focus on advancing the mission to drive positive health outcomes for occupants of indoor spaces around the world. He leads the commercialization of platforms and solutions that improve indoor environmental quality and enhance human health and well-being. Prior to joining Delos, Peter had an expansive career on Wall Street spanning over 18 years, including as a Partner for Goldman Sachs where he led U.S. Equity Derivatives Trading. During his eight years at Goldman Sachs, Peter worked closely with leadership in distribution, investment banking, private wealth, and capital markets with an emphasis on both institutional trading and structured corporate repurchase. Peter also spent seven years at Morgan Stanley as Head of Single Stock Derivatives Trading. Peter regularly speaks at industry events and contributes informative content across multiple channels to share scientific research, trends and advancements in wellness real estate, and to help advance the healthy buildings movement. He is a graduate of New York University with degrees in Finance and International Business.

Eran Polack is CEO-NY and Co-Founder of HAP Investments, a New York-based real estate investment group that specializes in the development of residential and commercial properties including 500 Summit Avenue in Jersey City. He is also CEO of HAP Construction, a full-service construction management company. As CEO of HAP Investments, Mr. Polack oversees a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial real estate that is renowned for its location, proximity to mass transit, and innovative construction and design. He is an established entrepreneur with a long history of successful real estate ventures in Eastern Europe, Israel, and the United States. In the U.S., Mr. Polack has overseen the construction and development of 12 residential properties totaling over 2 million square feet. His strengths include the early identification of emerging regions, and the development of projects tailored for those markets. He also has a deep understanding of the budget, schedule, and quality necessary to achieve success for any real estate project. Mr. Polack was one of the first developers to identify East Harlem as well as the Journal Square neighborhood of Jersey City as areas in preliminary stages of urban revitalization. He was also an early leader in the revival of Neve Tzedek, a highly coveted neighborhood in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Peter Cocoziello, Jr. is Principal and Managing Director for Advance Realty, responsible for the identification and execution of new investments, and active in the company’s asset management and development groups. Peter has participated in the acquisition, disposition, and management of more than $1 billion in commercial, retail, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use properties. He is involved in multi-use development projects with capitalization totaling more than $4 billion. Peter has experience in portfolio-level underwriting and financing, as well as in asset management, having served in day-to-day operations and management activities for more than 20 million SF of space in all product classes. He currently sits on the Board of the Somerset County Business Partnership and serves as a trustee for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties New Jersey (NAIOP NJ). Peter holds a BS in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, and an MS in real estate development from Columbia University.

Ms. Luo serves as Managing Director for Willton Investment Management with primarily responsibility of implementing the firm’s investment strategy and business development initiatives. Ms. Luo is specially in multifamily development and she is focus on creating a better living environment for the local community. Ms. Luo has held numerous positions in multiple real estate development companies as well as served as a portfolio manager for a global fund manager. She obtained her masters in finance and international business from the University of Sydney Business School.

Jose is a senior managing director and co-office head in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is a member of the firm’s leadership committee. Jose specializes in investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, he’s been involved in more than $62 billion of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and land sales. Jose started at HFF in March 2010. Before that, he was the executive director of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York area investment sales group where he spent more than 17 years. He began his real estate career as a real estate analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.

Mr. Wolfe is the Managing Partner in the Property Tax Department at Skoloff & Wolfe, PC, where he focuses his practice on representing taxpayers in significant real estate tax appeals and property tax related matters. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties. Mr. Wolfe frequently counsels clients on the property tax implications of the development, acquisition, and disposition of significant assets. He also counsels clients with respect to property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate at the law firm of Davis Polk and Wardwell in New York. While at Davis Polk, he focused his practice on regulatory investigations, securities litigation and banking disputes. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association House of Delegates and is the Co-Chair of the ABA’s Diversity & Inclusion 360 Presidential Commission. As a young lawyer, Mr. Wolfe served as the Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division, the ABA’s largest entity with more than 130,000 members. Jennifer Mazawey, a Partner in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office, is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate & Redevelopment Law, Environmental Law, Construction Law & Litigation, Land Use & Approvals, and Education Law Practice Groups. Ms. Mazawey practices in the areas of commercial real estate, land use and construction law. Russell Tepper serves as Mill Creek Residential’s Senior Managing Director for development activities in the Northeast region including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. His duties include leading this regional division of Mill Creek for both ground-up and adaptive reuse developments, while furthering its objective to create tailored residential communities that cater to surrounding neighborhoods’ needs. Prior to joining Mill Creek in 2014, Mr. Tepper was Vice President of Development at Matrix Development Group, where he managed the company’s urban redevelopment portfolio, seeking out new acquisitions of residential and mixed-use properties throughout New Jersey and suburban Philadelphia. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the entitlement, development and construction of over 4,500 multifamily apartment homes and 5 million SF of commercial space. Mr. Tepper is licensed in the State of New Jersey and earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and international business from the University of Delaware.

Michael Sommer is Chief Development Officer at Kushner. In this role, Sommer oversees development and construction efforts throughout the Kushner portfolio. During his 25 years of real estate experience, Sommer has developed in excess of 8 million square feet of residential, retail and office assets. Most notably, Sommer has managed the development of 4,000+ residential units in New Jersey. Prior to Kushner, Sommer was Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Cedar Realty Trust, a NYSE listed retail REIT with a portfolio spanning from Washington, D.C. to Boston. Before Cedar, Sommer was Executive Vice President of Development at Edison Properties where he led the redevelopment of the award winning Ironside Newark in Newark, New Jersey. Sommer also served as Managing Director of Development at Advance Realty after having started his career at Premier Development. Sommer earned an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.

Michelle Kleger is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Kensington Vanguard (owned by Truist Insurance Holdings). KV is one of the largest title insurance agencies in the country, servicing transactions in all 50 states. Michelle has developed strong relationships with hundreds of clients and closed over 1,500 deals in the past few years, providing title insurance for several billion dollars of transactions. Michelle’s clients range from some of the largest institutional owners/operators and lenders in the space to local and regional sponsors and developers. Michelle is a co-founder of Girl Gang CRE, is on the Founders Council of Cradles to Crayons New York, and is a member of She Builds, WLI, JNF and a REX member of UJA. Michelle was born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts. She graduated in 2013 from the University of Delaware Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. Michelle currently lives in Manhattan.
