Scott Brandwein is a Managing Director with JLL’s Tenant Representation team in Chicago. With approximately 40 years of experience, he is a veteran within the commercial real estate industry. Over his career, he has represented both tenants and owners in over $6 billion in projects across leasing, sales, capital markets, and consulting. Before joining JLL, Scott was with CBRE for over 15 years acting in the same capacity as his current role. Kate Schellinger serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Illinois Medical District. As IMD Chief of Staff, Ms. Schellinger oversaw health and science programming as well as initiatives around workforce and neighborhood development, working in close partnership with IMD stakeholders and governmental officials at all levels to foster an ecosystem of collaboration and drive economic growth for the city, the county and the state.
