For more than 25 years, Brian has been distilling clients’ objectives into architecture that performs as beautifully as it looks. His primary focus at CUBE 3: architectural design and oversight of the studio teams. With extensive experience in base building and interior design for healthcare, commercial developers, and residences, Brian has seen and done it all. In the course of doing it all, he has amassed a wide range of skills, expertise and insight. On top of that, his abilities in design, production, and management of complex, time-sensitive projects have been critical to the firm’s rapid success. Brian has helped build almost every kind of building, a solid reputation and a great place to work all in just a few years’ time.

Chrystal Kornegay currently serves as Executive Director of MassHousing which lends over $1 billion annually to produce and preserve affordable rental housing and create homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income borrowers. Under Chrystal’s leadership, MassHousing launched a highly successful Down Payment Assistance program; secured over $80 million to expand its Workforce Housing initiative; and developed a nationally recognized program for homeownership production in communities of color. Before joining MassHousing, Chrystal served as the Baker-Polito Administration’s Undersecretary for Housing and Community Development where she successfully advocated to increase state capital dollars for affordable housing by almost 18%; partnered to increase rental subsidies for low income families by 42%; and collaborated to dramatically reduce the number of homeless families in motels. Prior to her work as Undersecretary, Chrystal was President and Chief Executive Officer at Urban Edge, one of New England’s largest community development corporations. She is credited with leading the organization’s financial transformation, resulting in a $3 million increase in the Agency’s net asset position. Chrystal serves on the boards of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority, the National Housing Trust and is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s Advisory Committee. Chrystal holds a Master’s in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.A. from Hunter College.

As Head of DSF Groups investments, Mr. Solomon is in charge of the company’s acquisition and development activities. He also evaluates and negotiates new investment opportunities and manages the business plan of each investment asset. Since the DSF Group’s inception, he has been responsible for more than $3 billion in new investments. Prior to co–founding the DSF Group, Mr. Solomon served as a Vice President in the Partners Group of AEW Capital Management, where his group acquired commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Northeast and Mid–Atlantic United States. Mr. Solomon is very active in the real estate industry and within his community. He sits on numerous boards and committees such as NAHB’s Multifamily Leadership Board, Heading Home Inc. which pioneered programs to end homelessness in Greater Boston and the Nashoba Brooks School. Mr. Solomon is also the owner of the Hartford Yard Goats, the AA affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. He lives with his wife Nancy and four children in the Boston area. Mr. Solomon earned a B.A. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

As a dynamic and resourceful leader with diverse experience in all aspects of development, construction and operations Gerry-Lynn serves as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Lupoli Companies. She actively manages an asset portfolio of more than 5 million square feet of mixed-use properties at various stages of development and construction. Gerry-Lynn approaches each project with a strategic and creative process predominately focused on placemaking and lifestyle. Highly regarded in the industry Gerry-Lynn is a recipient of multiple highly coveted industry awards including Boston Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, B&T Women of FIRE (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate) and YWCA’s Tribute to Women. In 2014 she was appointed by the Governor of Massachusetts to sit on the UMass Building Authority Board where she continues to serve as an active participant of the eleven-member Board. Gerry-Lynn holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Management.

Jennifer joined the MLSC in September of 2017 as the Vice President of Industry Programs & Relations. In her role, she develops and manages the investment strategy for initiatives and partnerships with the life sciences industry, including private, public, and nonprofit stakeholders, in order to support the needs of the Commonwealth’s life sciences ecosystem. Prior to joining the MLSC Jennifer spent time in both the academic and private sectors of the industry. She began her career in technology licensing as an Associate Licensing Officer at MIT’s Technology Licensing Office where she worked alongside faculty, researchers, investors, and entrepreneurs to commercialize early-stage life science technologies. Most recently, as a Sr. Consultant with Back Bay Life Science Advisors, Jennifer provided a variety of strategic advisory services to private and publicly-traded biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients. Jennifer is a proud Massachusetts native having received degrees from both UMass Amherst (BS, Microbiology) and UMass Medical School (Ph.D., Biomedical Sciences).

Matthew Barry, Managing Director, brings over 25 years of experience to Optimum Asset Management USA of which 15 was at Hines. Matthew has a proven expertise in developing large scale commercial, office, hotel and residential projects from concept through stabilization, placing highest priority on maximizing returns while minimizing risk. He is directly involved in the development management of Optimum’s US portfolio.

In his current role as Senior Vice President of Investment Sales for the commercial Boston office of LPC, Scott oversees all partnerships for joint venture investments and financial advisory to clients looking to invest in the Boston market. Scott has worked on over half a billion in successful acquisitions and development that total over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial assets and development across Massachusetts. Scott has worked with a number of financial investment vehicles including, but not limited to: pension fund investors, fund managers, private wealth investors and foreign capital. Once a project has been acquired by LPC within a partnership, Scott and his team are then responsible for the oversight of the asset by implementing the business plan put forth at acquisition. Due to the LPC model, the asset management team is able to effectively evaluate tenant relationships, operating best practices, value-add capital plans, financial strategies and dispositions. During the hold period of an LPC asset, Scott would be the point of contact for any debt relationships and dispositions. Scott has been a member of numerous organizations in the Boston real estate market including REFA and NAIOP. Scott is an alumnus of the Boston University Certificate in Real Estate Finance program and a certified Real Estate Salesperson in Massachusetts. Scott joined Lincoln Property Company (LPC) in 2007 after obtaining his undergraduate degree from Connecticut College. Scott lives in Charlestown, Massachusetts with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter Siena.

Dailey Tipton has spent many years in senior positions of management where he is recognized for his expertise in energy and sustainability. He has a long history of growing companies, from start-up to Fortune 500 in size. As the leader for revenue generation for Evolution Energy Partners, Dailey focuses on creating opportunities for customers to drive impact to their bottom line through energy management projects while increasing their sustainable footprint. Prior to EEP, Dailey worked at CPower as a General Manager, SAP as the leader for Energy Management and Sustainable Applications Center of Excellence, DATUM as part of the management team and created, launched and managed a highly successful SAP sustainability practice for ERM. Dailey started his career as a Naval Flight Officer and is a Veteran of Foreign War with multiple recognitions including two Navy Achievement Medals. He holds two degrees in Engineering: MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and BS in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. In his off time, Dailey is a competitive runner, cyclist, long distance open water swimmer and sails boats competitively. Dailey is on the Board of Directors for US Patriot Sailing, a wounded warrior program that provides support to the “Silently Wounded” warriors. Married 34 years to Jessica, who he met at Auburn, with two children Nate 30 and Leah 27.
