Katie Speede joined Camber Development in January 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she is responsible for business strategy and operations, as well as asset management across the portfolio. Katie brings to Camber over 15 years of experience and a diverse background that blends commercial and multifamily real estate, corporate sales and marketing, and general management. Katie joins Camber from Cambridge-based investor/developer, Ella Properties, where she led acquisitions, asset management and project management and where she remains a principal in select multifamily opportunities. Katie started her real estate career on the Investment Sales team at Colliers International (then Meredith & Grew), where she sourced and underwrote office, industrial, and development deals and closed over $500 million of transactions on behalf of private, institutional and international clients. She also worked on the acquisitions team at Beacon Capital Partners, underwriting and evaluating commercial investments throughout the United States. Katie’s general business experience includes 3 years at Microsoft in the company’s Cambridge, Massachusetts and London, England offices. She is a graduate of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Hanover, New Hampshire. Katie lives west of Boston with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she loves taking the boys skiing, going for a run, and spending summer days on Cape Cod.

Bryan serves as Managing Partner and co-founder of Seyon, and is responsible for Seyon’s overall operations and management, in addition to overseeing origination, structuring, and asset management for all Seyon’s investment activities. Prior to co-founding Seyon, Bryan served as President and Head of Portfolio Management at Calare Properties, where he provided strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the firm’s business operations and real estate portfolio. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy & Law from Trinity College.

Bruce Levine joined EIP in April 2007 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He serves as EIP’s Chief Executive Officer, leading acquisition, capital formation and asset management strategies, and he oversees all other aspects of the firm’s operations. Bruce has spearheaded the firm’s acquisition of over 10 million square feet of industrial property across the United States. Previously, Bruce served as Partner at CB Richard Ellis New England, where he closed on more than 500 commercial real estate and industrial transactions worth over $1 billion and totaling more than 15 million square feet. Bruce is an active member of NAIOP, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and the BID-Needham Hospital Board of Advisors where he serves on the development committee. He is a former Board member of West End House Boys & Girls Camp and The Bridge Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. He attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Mr. Rodenstein joined CBRE in June 2014 where he currently serves as a Vice President on the Industrial Advisory & Transaction Services team. Doug’s primary role is business development. He uses energy, passion and drive to persistently pursue new client relationships. Doug also specializes in advising existing tenant and landlord clients in commercial transactions on both a local and national basis, providing a comprehensive approach to real estate solutions based on market data and analytics.

Elizabeth Krol, National Client Director for EBI Consulting, is an active contributor to the environmental due diligence community, working with the ASTM E 1527 Task Group and leading the focus group on strengthening historic resources in the Phase I ESA guidance document. She provides high-quality, comprehensive property due diligence services to commercial real estate owners, operators, and investors, as well as others considering an acquisition, divestiture, financing, refinancing, or other transaction. As a trusted advisor, she collaborates with clients to protect their interests by identifying and mitigating potential property risk. Elizabeth has been honored with numerous industry awards, including the Prism Industry Influencer award, CREW Boston Esprit de Coeur award and recognized as Woman of Influence and CRE Consultant/Advisor by GlobeSt. and Real Estate Forum.

Bill Manley founded Calare in 2003. Bill is responsible for all aspects of Calare’s business, including acquisitions, asset management, and the coordination of key business functions across the company. He is the chair of the firm’s Investment and Senior Management Committees. Before founding Calare, Bill served for five years as Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate at REON Broadband. Prior to REON, he founded New England Commercial Realty Advisors in 1991. Bill graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Jason co-founded ARCO National Construction’s New England office and has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. His emphasis on building long-term client relationships and excellence in construction has contributed to ARCO’s success as the 7th largest design/build general contractor in the United States. Jason is expertly skilled in industrial construction including distribution, cold storage, ecommerce, last mile delivery, and speculative development, and he looks forward to expanding ARCO’s portfolio in the industrial industry and beyond. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Western Michigan University.

Mrs. Wheeler is an Assistant Vice President at AEW in the firm’s Direct Investment Group with a primary focus on industrial assets. She is currently responsible for 10 million square feet of industrial space with a gross property value of approximately $1.2 billion. Mrs. Wheeler has 7 years of institutional real estate advisory experience in a variety of property types across the country. She joined AEW in 2014 as an Analyst for the asset management team. She is a graduate of Babson College (B.A.).

In her role as Vice President, Construction, Gretchen is responsible for managing construction projects to ensure that they are executed within The Davis Companies’ guidelines; negotiating terms of agreements, drafting contracts and obtaining permits and licenses; estimating costs and scheduling deliverables; overseeing all on site and off site construction to monitor compliance with building, safety and environmental regulations; and collaborating with architects, engineers and other construction specialists to ensure timely delivery of projects. With over 20 years’ experience working for such notable firms as Trammell Crow Company ( Vice President) and Boston Properties ( Senior Construction Manager), Gretchen has been involved in every facet of development and construction management. Prior to joining The Davis Companies, she held the position of Senior Program Manager at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA, where she was responsible for managing permitting, environment and infrastructure planning, and pre-construction for a $360 Million semi-conductor laboratory and micro-integration facility. In addition to the Firms above, Gretchen worked for Community Builders as a Construction Manager and for Shawmut Design and Construction as Project Executive. Her depth of experience with complex construction and development projects makes her well suited to handle the development and construction challenges at our Firm. Gretchen holds a Master Degree in Emergency Management from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Economics from Boston University. She also holds Certificates in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT, Building and Construction Technology from Northeastern University and Environment Management from Bentley College. In addition, Gretchen is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Massachusetts construction supervisor’s license. She is a member of CREW Boston. Gretchen is also an Instructor, Project Management, Boston University Center for Professional Education, and is a Board Member of All Hands & Hearts Smart Response, Inc.

Jeffrey O’Neill is President of Condyne Capital Partners which he has helped grow to become the region’s premier vertically integrated real estate development firm.  His responsibilities include sourcing opportunities with tenants, businesses, and companies looking to expand or enter new facilities. He is also responsible for the development and maintenance of capital relationships with lenders, joint venture partners, and high net worth equity investors. He spends a great amount of time fostering the firm’s growth through his network of established relationships within the real estate brokerage community, economic development agencies and municipalities where the firm transacts. His management responsibilities include oversight of all operating companies, financial engineering and reporting to all stakeholders.   He has been responsible for the development, acquisition, design, and construction of over 20 million square feet of various real estate properties throughout New England with his primary concentration in industrial. He has placed in excess of a combined $1.5 billion of capital both debt and equity into real estate opportunities.   Today, Condyne is developing Massachusetts newest industrial park in Norton, MA of approximately 1.2m SF consisting of high bay fulfillment centers. Condyne is a vertically integrated firm providing design, engineering, construction, property management and asset management services. With a history in cold storage Condyne also develops food properties throughout the New England region. Condyne takes a consultive role with many of its Tenants assisting in facility design, material handling layout and today’s green energy initiatives.   O’Neill is also a Principal and Managing Partner of Polar Design Build, Inc. a full-service design-build construction management firm specializing in ground up construction of large industrial facilities, warehouses, multi-temperature facilities, auto dealerships as well as tenant improvements within existing facilities. Polar Design undertakes most of Condyne’s design-build needs.   Prior to the commencement of Condyne’s real estate development business, O’Neill founded Condyne Logistics, a full-service transportation company that he later divested. He also worked at Condyne Freezers, a public refrigerated warehouse company, where he was responsible for sales and new business growth. O’Neill is a co-founder of the “Big Game Battle” a charity fishing tournament that takes place on an annual basis in Nantucket and has raised funds for nonprofit organizations such as Juvenile Diabetes, Rhett Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Boys and Girls Club of Dorchester, ALS, Nantucket S.T.A.R. and many more.   His personal interests include offshore sport fishing, and coaching ice hockey. O’Neill was a member of Boston College Ice Hockey team from 1987-1991.

Brittany serves as VHB’s New England Industrial Team Leader and dedicates her time to ensuring VHB is actively building relationships with industrial clients, tracking, and prepositioning for industrial opportunities. She provides quality assurance to industrial development projects to ensure VHB is always delivering excellence for their clients. She manages projects providing site/civil, permitting, traffic, and environmental services for industrial developments, including warehouse, last-mile distribution, manufacturing, cold-storage and GMP facilities.

Greg is a real estate, land use, and environmental attorney with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including significant experience in the planning, design, permitting and development of contaminated properties and similarly challenging sites, as well as renewable energy and infrastructure projects. His practice covers all aspects of real estate development, including acquisitions/dispositions, entitlement, and financing, including construction loans, refinancing, workouts, and tax credit supported lending. As part of this work, he regularly represents clients throughout the permitting and public approval process at the federal, state, and local levels on issues related to zoning and land use, wetlands and waterways, environmental policy acts, sustainability and climate change. Before practicing as an attorney, Greg worked for approximately 10 years as a Project Manager/Senior Environmental Planner for BSC Group, Inc. in Boston, where he managed multi-disciplinary land development and infrastructure improvement projects for private and public sector clients throughout New England. Greg is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional with Neighborhood Development specialty, and was formerly certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist by the Society of Wetland Scientists. He currently serves as Chair of the City of Melrose Planning Board, and has served on the board since 2016.
