Play Street Museum will make its Colorado debut at the Nor’wood Shopping Center in Colorado Springs.

The children’s museum, which plans to open in the second quarter, is leasing 3,039 SF at the Safeway-anchored retail center at 7075 Austin Bluffs Parkway.

“This is a real win-win for all parties involved,” said CBRE associate Whitney Johnson, who represented Play Street in the deal. “Play Street Museum gets to join a vibrant retail center in a convenient, fast-growing north metro location, while Colorado Springs gets to fill an important void in our community.
