Zeppelin Expands Taxi Project

Zeppelin Development is building a 140k SF office building, which it calls Flight, as an expansion of its Taxi development in RiNo. There's already an anchor tenant for the new space: Boa Technology, which makes a dial closure system that's an alternative to shoelaces on ski boots and other sports footwear (and if that's not a Denver kind of product, we don't know what is).

Boa's already a tenant in Taxi, taking 36k SF, but the growing company needs more space, so it will take 100k SF—the first two floors—of Flight when the development is complete in about a year, the Denver Business Journal reports. The first floor will be customized space for Boa to produce prototypes of its products. [DBJ]
