Patrinely Proposes Block 162 Tower

Patrinely Group of Houston is proposing an office development on the block bounded by 15th, 16th, Welton and California in Downtown Denver, which is known as Block 162. The property is controlled by developer Evan Makovsky, who assembled 11 parcels there back in 2005. According to the Denver Post, he says, "it is the right market, it's the right time, and it's the right product." The development might also include a hotel. [DP]
