Work Begins On Golden Triangle Apartment Development

Legacy Partners and USAA Real Estate Co. broke ground on a 322-unit apartment development on 2.3 acres on Speer Boulevard between 13th and 14th streets. The seven-story property, called TriVista on Speer, is slated for completion in 2019.

The property's closeness to the Golden Triangle and Downtown amenities is among its strengths, according to Legacy Partners senior managing director Spencer Stuart, quoted in the Denver Business Journal. KTGY's Denver office designed the building, which will be constructed by CFC Construction.
