TIC Buys Westminster Multifamily

A TIC managed by Seagate Colorado Partners acquired Environs, a 318-unit property at 3323 W 96th Circle in Westminster for $65M. With a central location—between Downtown Denver and Boulder—good demographics and large units, the property's situated to benefit from a value-add renovation program, notes Seagate principal Trent Isgrig. That's exactly what Seagate plans for the 30-year-old property, with unit upgrades, clubhouse and fitness center improvements, new landscaping, pool improvements, and exterior paint and siding repairs.
