With completion slated for August, Park on Speer in the Golden Triangle has started pre-leasing.

Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and penthouse suites will be above 12K SF of retail. The apartments will range from 546 SF to 2,478 SF. Rents will start at about $1,600 a month.
