The Opus Group will break ground in July on a two-building industrial project in the Dove Valley Business Park in Denver’s southeast submarket.

The 264K SF development at the southwest corner of South Potomac Street and South Chambers Road has easy access to Interstate 25, E-470 and Interstate 225. Users of the 147K SF western building with 28-foot clear height will have unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains. The 117K SF building will have 30-foot clear height.

The development will provide institutional-quality space and amenities to accommodate a wide range of tenant uses, including industrial, e-commerce, aerospace, manufacturing and food service, Opus Vice President Sean Cummings said.

“The southeast submarket is currently experiencing robust demand from tenants in varying sizes and numerous industries, and this project is being designed with the highest flexibility to capture that demand,” Cummings said.
