Moxy Hotel Coming To Cherry Creek

BMC Investments broke ground this week on the Marriott Moxy Hotel in Cherry Creek North. The hotel is important for Cherry Creek because it will allow travelers who have historically been priced out of the area to stay here, says BMC Investments CEO Matthew Joblon. The opening is slated for mid-2017.

This is the first Moxy hotel in Colorado. The Marriott brand launched in Europe in 2013 and has recently expanded into the US. Moxy is designed to provide a Euro-chic guest experience at an affordable price (which is to say, it's looking to attract Millennial travelers).
