3 New Restaurants Coming To Broomfield Retail Center Expansion: The Denver Deal Sheet
Three new restaurants will open in 2027 at HiFi at FlatIron Crossing, an expansion of the Broomfield retail center FlatIron Crossing.
Memoir: An American Grill, Blue Sushi Sake Grill and Shake Shack will all open their first Broomfield locations at HiFi, according to MileHighCRE.
Plans for the 25-acre mixed-use development HiFi include 90K SF of retail and dining space as well as 347 residential units. It’s located next to the FlatIron Crossing center, which features more than 175 retailers.
The development is planning to open in phases starting in 2027.

McWhinney, a Colorado-based real estate investor and developer, acquired Red Hawk Crossings, a built-to-rent townhome community in Castle Rock. Built in 2015, the community is made up of 60 three-bedroom homes that average around 1,500 SF.
Red Hawk Crossings is McWhinney’s third build-to-rent community in Colorado.

GES Building Holding Co. purchased a Denver industrial property at 4221 Steele St. for $1.1M, Goodman Commercial Real Estate announced. The building, built in 1950, is 3,800 SF on a lot spanning one-third of an acre in the north central industrial corridor.
FINANCING
JLL Capital Markets, on behalf of borrower Redpeak Properties, secured $33.2M in financing for a Denver Tech Center multifamily property. Monaco Row, at 4665 S. Monaco St., is a 196-unit apartment complex with 16 buildings on almost 9 acres.
JLL real estate capital will service the five-year, fixed-rate loan.

Great Divide Brewery and Roadhouse opened its latest Denver restaurant in RiNo in the former location of Stem Ciders at 3040 Blake St.
Earlier this year, Great Divide closed two Denver locations, including its founding location in RiNo on 35th Street. The brewery also has locations in Castle Rock, Lakewood and Lone Tree.
