The Connor Group, a real estate investment firm headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, purchased a luxury multifamily community in Littleton known as Broadstone Olivine for $100M, according to the Denver Business Journal. This is the group’s fourth purchase in the Denver area and the fifth purchase in Colorado since 2017.

The complex was built in 2021 and includes four stories and 326 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The community also includes coworking space, a marketplace-style coffee shop and a sky lounge.

“Littleton is a highly sought-after destination within the Denver metro that provides residents with a community-driven environment and great schools,” The Connor Group CEO Bob Lloyd said in a press release. “Couple this with the fact that Olivine has extraordinary amenities and floor plans, and we’re confident it will continue to be a highly desirable place to live.”

EyeFive Inc., a business services firm, extended its lease on 49K SF of industrial space at 19655 E. 35th Drive in Aurora. Newmark’s Brian Wingate represented the tenant.

L&C Orta LLC signed a new lease for 25K SF of industrial space at 12050 E. 45th Ave. in Denver. The landlord was represented by Mike Viehmann, Mike Wafer and Mike Wafer Jr. of Newmark Denver.

Forvis LLP extended its lease at 1801 California for 22K SF of office space. The law firm was represented by Newmark’s Sam Depizzol and Ben Klimesh, while the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and Zimmer Real Estate Services.

Law firm Simpson Gumpertz & Heger opened its first Denver office this week at 1700 Broadway. Principal Scott Silvester and associate principal Alex Kosis will lead the firm’s structural engineering and building enclosure consulting services, respectively.
