This Week’s Denver Deal Sheet

Colorado-based aerospace company Tendeg leased more than 100K SF at the Boulder Innovation Campus in Louisville to house its headquarters and an advanced manufacturing facility, according to a news release from CBRE.

The 200K SF Boulder Innovation Campus is now 100% leased. CBRE’s Erik Abrahamson represented Tendeg in the transaction while CBRE’s Jeremy Kroner represented the landlord, United Properties. 

“The new [Boulder] Innovation Campus building is perfectly suited for our needs, and Tendeg is happy for the opportunity to continue to expand and stay within our Louisville home,” Tendeg CEO Gregg Freebury said in a press release.

JLL hired Steve Markey as a senior vice president of its retail division. Markey brings more than 25 years of experience in tenant representation for companies like Lowe’s Home Improvement and Darden Restaurants.

Megan Kranichfeld joined the Denver branch of commercial real estate developer Trammell Crow Co. as a senior vice president. Kranichfeld previously was a vice president at Prime West Development and also spent six years at United Properties.

BranLaw LLC, a local law firm, purchased a 1K SF office condo at 10394 West Chatfield Ave. in Littleton for an undisclosed sum. NavPoint Real Estate Group’s Matt Kulbe represented the seller, DCP Ken Caryl LLC. BranLaw was unrepresented in the transaction. 

LEASES

Brandon Linn Orthodontics PC renewed its lease for 3.6K SF of office space at 361 Village Square Lane in Castle Pines for 63 months. NavPoint Real Estate Group’s Brent Ham and Jeff Brandon represented the landlord in the transaction.
