Koll Co. Buys $21.5M Centennial Manufacturing Property: The Denver Deal Sheet
A California-based real estate company acquired a manufacturing facility in Centennial for $21.5M.
The Koll Co.’s purchase of the 112.5K SF building at 6284 S. Nome Court follows its acquisition of an industrial property in Aurora last year.
The Centennial facility is the headquarters of Plastic Design & Manufacturing Co., operating as Plastic Molding Technology, which has been there since 1997.
The single-tenant warehouse was built in 1996 on 7.4 acres with specialized infrastructure, including a 6,000-amp electrical capacity, for precision manufacturing operations.

BMC Investments named Michael Robertson as a partner and chief legal and compliance officer. He will lead and oversee litigation, risk management and regulatory compliance efforts companywide.

Sage Hospitality Group, known for reconfiguring Denver's Union Station among several other high-profile local projects, named Daniel del Olmo as the company's third CEO since its founding in 1984. Del Olmo has worked for Sage Hospitality since 2020 and most recently served as co-CEO alongside co-founder Walter Isenberg.
Isenberg will take on the role of executive chairman of the board. Sage Hospitality's other co-founder, Zack Neumeyer, will become chairman emeritus and vice chairman of the board.

Fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick is opening a Greenwood Village location at 5322 DTC Blvd. on March 4. The location will be its eighth in Colorado, including stores in Littleton, Colorado Springs, Monument, Greeley, Windsor and Johnstown.

A Loopnet report ranked Denver third among 50 cities for multifamily property investment potential in 2026. The study found Denver has the second-lowest property tax rate of the analyzed cities at 0.44% and an average cap rate of 5.82%. The average listing price for multifamily properties is $3.1M, and 7.55% of listings are Class-A.

The Denver Urban Renewal Authority has opened its 2026 round of community grant funding. Businesses making $2M or less in annual revenue, nonprofits and business improvement districts can apply for $10K to $50K in assistance. The grants support physical improvements, equipment purchases and costs associated with securing or owning space, among other eligible uses.
