This Week's Denver Deal Sheet: $235M Mixed-Use Project Planned For Northeast Denver
Kensington Development Partners and IM Properties just snapped up a 150-acre parcel in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch and Denver International Airport corridor for a major mixed-use development anchored by Target.
Link 56 will include 250K SF of commercial space, about 2,000 rental units and 27 acres of open space, with access to Peña Station’s light rail and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Preserve, Kensington said in a press release.
Construction on the $235M Phase 1 begins immediately and includes a 151K SF Target store, a 214-unit Class-A apartment complex and a 170-unit build-to-rent townhome community.
The site is adjacent to United Airlines’ planned 113-acre corporate campus and within a fast-growing submarket that hosts about 43,000 daytime employees.
