A data center innovation company is relocating from Lafayette to 20,846 SF at 329 Interlocken Parkway in Broomfield in the metropolitan region’s northwest corridor.

Liqid, a provider of data center technology, will move into its new space in phases. The company’s new headquarters will feature its corporate office, technology lab and research and development space.

“Our new space in Broomfield will support continued growth, enhance collaboration between Liqid and our partners, as well as serve as a centralized, state-of-the-art workplace built to optimize our brand and operational objectives,” Liqid Chief Operating Officer Bryan Schramm said.

As part of the lease agreement, Liqid will obtain above-market tenant allowance that will support the build-out of an open, collaborative floor plan designed by Hampton Architecture.

“Liqid is an innovative business that needed new and expanded space to not only facilitate the recruitment and retention of top talent but to match the company’s rapidly growing operations and upward organizational profile,” said Savills Studley broker Mike Deatly, who with Brady Alshouse represented Liqid. “Through negotiations with forward-thinking parties astute to our client’s growth potential, we identified an office strategy that meets Liqid’s goals for this transaction and brings another ascendant company to Broomfield.”
