|The former Flextronics facility is for sale—to the right user. Wells Real Estate is marketing 305 Interlocken Parkway, a 48,600 SF office building in Broomfield that was the former home of Flextronics USA, which vacated the building after its lease expired in June. Wells purchased the building in 1997 with its Fund VIII for little more than $7M. In a recent SEC filing, Wells states it is marketing the property “for both long-term lease and for sale to a potential user.” Atlanta-based Wells REIT did not return calls by press time.|
