Senior housing investment returns hit a new low this year as they continue their long slide, according to Senior Housing News.

Annual returns on senior housing have fallen by 7.65% in three years, from 20.37% in 2014 to 12.72% in Q1 2017.

According to Senior Housing News, senior housing is no longer outperforming every other asset class as industrial has overtaken it with a return of 12.8%.
