WorldVentures leased 125K SF at Legacy Tennyson Center in Plano for its world headquarters. The direct seller of vacation club memberships was subleasing the space from Denbury Resources, taking up all of Building 1, and now that the sublease has expired, WorldVentures has added 25K SF in Building 2.
