Hillwood chairman Ross Perot Jr (center, between BNSF’s Michael Devine and Freese & Nichols’ Bob Pence) is talking about big plans for the almost two-acre parcel where the Bank of America motorbank is located at the corner of Field and Woodall Rogers in Downtown, according to the Dallas Morning News. Word is that he’s searching for an architect and hoping to snag an anchor tenant from among the 3M to 4M SF in leases that are coming due in the next few years. The land is zoned for about 1.5M SF with no limit on how tall the structure could be.
