HALL Group Leasing Exec Jumps To Cushman & Wakefield

A top Dallas-Fort Worth office leasing executive is changing platforms.

Cynthia Cowen, a commercial real estate executive well-known for her tenure as leasing manager at HALL Group, jumped to Cushman & Wakefield this month, taking on the position of managing director for the brokerage's office agency leasing team.

During her time with HALL Group, Cowen leased out Hall Park, a 2.5M SF office campus in Frisco developed by famed developer Craig Hall. Her previous clients at HALL include Cousins Properties, GE, Hines, iStar Financial, Northwestern Mutual and TIAA-CREF. 

Cowen brings 20 years of experience in the office leasing space and is a member of The Real Estate Council, where she held the position of co-chair of the Table Sales Committee for the Giving Gala.

Cowen also is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women and serves as an at-large trustee while also being part of the CREW Dallas Golf Classic committee and the CREW Mentoring Outreach Committee.
