HALL Group Leasing Exec Jumps To Cushman & Wakefield
A top Dallas-Fort Worth office leasing executive is changing platforms.
Cynthia Cowen, a commercial real estate executive well-known for her tenure as leasing manager at HALL Group, jumped to Cushman & Wakefield this month, taking on the position of managing director for the brokerage's office agency leasing team.
During her time with HALL Group, Cowen leased out Hall Park, a 2.5M SF office campus in Frisco developed by famed developer Craig Hall. Her previous clients at HALL include Cousins Properties, GE, Hines, iStar Financial, Northwestern Mutual and TIAA-CREF.
Cowen brings 20 years of experience in the office leasing space and is a member of The Real Estate Council, where she held the position of co-chair of the Table Sales Committee for the Giving Gala.
Cowen also is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women and serves as an at-large trustee while also being part of the CREW Dallas Golf Classic committee and the CREW Mentoring Outreach Committee.
“Cynthia has represented some of the biggest names in real estate throughout her career, establishing herself as the kind of best-in-class professional who perfectly aligns with the Cushman & Wakefield brand,” said Matt Schendle, executive managing director and office agency leasing lead, in a press statement.
