Gaedeke Group To Reveal Plans For 11-Acre Legacy West Project

Gaedeke Group CEO Sabine Gaedeke Stener is planning to reveal the plans for the new 11-acre multi-tenant office project in Legacy West soon and we'll get a visual presentation with more info at Bisnow’s Dallas State of the Market event. It's just one reason we’re excited about the event slated for May 27 starting at 7:30am at Gaedeke’s Banner Place North (12770 Coit Rd).

Sabine teased the newly planned office site, which was purchased in an off-market transaction in a JV with SWC Tollway & 121 LLC. Gaedeke president Glenn Lickstein (who will be on the Bisnow panel on Tuesday) repped the firm and Wicker & Associates’ Jim Judge repped the seller. Sabine says the company has been working diligently over the past few months to finalize plans for what will be the first Class-A multi-tenant office project in Legacy West. Located at the hard corner of SH 121 and Legacy Drive, just across the street from Toyota’s North American HQ, plans call for a January 2017 delivery. Sabine promises Glenn will provide even more info at the Bisnow event.

Sabine tells us Dallas has become a major corporate relocation market because of the cost of living, quality of life, exemplary public schools and inexpensive (compared to California) luxury home prices. Our location in the middle of the country with DFW International Airport and a diversified economy only add to the region’s appeal. There's Liberty Mutual and Toyota (groundbreaking pictured), as well as JP Morgan Chase’s huge operations here (and the firm’s hunt for 1M SF) as well as other Fortune 500 and 1000 companies that make this a desirable location.

Gaedeke Group will host Bisnow’s Dallas State of the Market event (May 27, 7:30am start) at Banner Place North at 12770 Coit Rd (at the southwest quadrant of North Central Expressway and LBJ Freeway) in one of the most prestigious locations in all of North Dallas, Sabine tells us. Constructed of reinforced steel with bronze reflective glass and bronze anodized aluminum spandrel panels, the North Tower has 254k SF and the South Tower has 26k SF with a skybridge between the buildings. The event will be hosted on the 10th floor (where there’s 16k SF available). Sabine tells us they have small spaces from 564 SF to a pair of 10k SF spaces and another 17k SF of contiguous space available. The average space available is about 2,500 SF. The properties are Energy Star designated, LEED Silver certified, and BOMA 360 Designated, too. Come hear Glenn and check out Banner Place. (Register here.)
