1. Thanksgiving Tower


Available block: 497,694 SF

Submarket: Dallas CBD

The 50-story, Class-A office tower was built in 1982 by the Hunt family, and currently has 497,694 SF of contiguous space available. The tower inked 350k SF with Santander last year, giving the property a new energy.

2. Bank of America


Available block: 245,417 SF

Submarket: Dallas CBD

Bank of America Plaza is one of the most iconic buildings in the Dallas skyline. It has 245,417 SF of contiguous space that was formerly occupied by Haynes and Boone. Most recently announced are plans to build a new parking garage and make upgrades to the lobby and retail areas to attract tenants.
