Olympus Property bought two more DFW properties: Mansions at Woodbridge in Sachse and The Davis in Fort Worth. These assets close out the firm's fifth fund and kick off Olympus' sixth fund, WW Olympus Property VI.

Mansions at Woodbridge, which has been renamed Olympus Woodbridge, is a 381-unit Class-A garden-style community built in 2014 on more than 18 acres. The property hopes to capitalize on proximity to CityLine and the Telecom Corridor and location within Wylie ISD's respectable schools.

The Davis is a 392-unit Class-A garden-style community built in 2016 on more than 23 acres. Proximity to American Airlines HQ makes this property appealing to many corporate employees. This new property was previously managed by Alliance.

Woodbridge and The Davis are available to accredited investors in Olympus Property's WW Olympus Property VI. The investment structure will provide investors an opportunity to diversify among multifamily assets providing immediate cash flow in markets throughout the US.
