CityLine Drives to the Next Landmark

KDC Real Estate Development & Investments cut the ribbon marking the completion of the development’s infrastructure with the opening of CityLine Drive at CityLine in Richardson. Here are KDC president Toby Grove, Richardson City Council members Kendal Hartley and Mark Solomon, KDC EVP Walt Mountford, Richardson Mayor Laura Maczka, Richardson City Council member Paul Voelker, Richardson Mayor Pro Tem Bob Townsend, KDC CEO Steve Van Amburgh and Richardson city manager Dan Johnson. The 2.3M SF initial phase of CityLine will include an Aloft hotel; LOOK Cinemas; Whole Foods Market; Jaspers; CoalVines; Edoko Sushi & Robata; Tom+Chee; 935 apartments; a wellness office building anchored by Texas Health Resources and Children’s Medical Center; and a health and fitness facility adjacent to a 3.5-acre park with trails. State Farm and Raytheon are the major corporate tenants.
