BREAKING NEWS: Westin Coming to One Main Place in Downtown Dallas

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and New Orleans-based KFK Group announced today that a new Starwood-managed Westin hotel will open in December as part of the adaptive reuse project transforming One Main Place into lifestyle development. Construction has started, following KFK’s acquisition of the 1M SF building last March. The Westin Dallas Downtown will feature 323 guest rooms and meeting facilities. At Main and Elm streets, the mixed-use property will feature a dedicated hotel entrance parallel to Elm Street and a second floor hotel lobby in the former banking hall. Hotel facilities will include a three-meal restaurant, contemporary bar and more than 27k SF of meeting space including a primary ballroom overlooking the eastern courtyard. There will also be a glass-enclosed event space. The building will feature 50k SF of retail, 600k SF of Class-A office space and underground parking.
