11 Acres Sold Across from Cowboys HQ in Frisco

Yet another development may be coming to Frisco as Duke Realty sold 11 acres near the Dallas Cowboys corporate HQ site on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway at McCandless Way. Western International purchased the land with plans for a mixed-use project. Wicker & Associates' Randy Church and Heady Investments' Sayres Heady handled the deal, reports Dallas Morning News. If the project comes to fruition, it will add even more investment dollars to Frisco's $5B mile, which already touts four other multimillion-dollar projects, including The Star in Frisco, Frisco Station, The Gate and Wade Park.
