Omni Logistics Debuts 3-Building Industrial Campus In Euless

Omni Logistics is doubling down on its commitment to Dallas-Fort Worth’s industrial market with the opening of a three-building logistics center in Euless.

The company, which provides global multimodal logistics solutions and specialized services, unveiled its 52K SF headquarters in Coppell earlier this summer. The 367K SF campus at 1000 South Industrial Blvd. comes in response to customer demand for new warehouse space and cross-dock facilities, Omni Logistics CEO JJ Shickel said in a statement.

"We want to ensure that our customers have access to the facilities and specialized services they need,” he said. “This new facility will empower our customers to be prepared for peak season and any supply chain disruptions that may arise."

Each building is tailored for a specific purpose, with Building A used for cross-dock operations, Building B for warehouse operations, and Building C for supporting e-commerce and retail fulfillment. Omni Logistics has also recently opened offices and warehouses in Phoenix, San Francisco and Philadelphia.

The company is among a long list of businesses that have flocked to the Metroplex’s red-hot industrial market in recent years.

Dallas ranked as the No. 1 metro for industrial investment in the first half of this year, according to Newmark, and there are more than 70M SF of new development in the pipeline, according to a recent report by Cushman & Wakefield.
