Interceramic Kicks Off Construction At Austin Ranch

Interceramic, a manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile and natural stone, kicked off construction on its new 300k SF headquarters building.

The new $11M build-to-suit is in Austin Ranch, Billingsley’s 1,700-acre master planned development. The new facility will include both office and warehouse space. The warehouse will be in a cross-dock configuration, including six full-length truck wells for covered loading, storage and parking.

Mycon General Contractors is handling construction, and AZIMUTH Architecture is responsible for design. Completion is slated for the fall of this year.
