HFF Refinances 5-Property Industrial Portfolio In Dallas And Houston

HFF refinanced an industrial portfolio in DFW and Houston for $14M as part of a medium-term hold. San Francisco- and Dallas-based borrower Berkeley Partners got a five-year, fixed-rate loan with LegacyTexas Bank for the 440k SF portfolio. 

The five properties are comprised of 13 buildings with 65% occupancy, including Beltwood Tech Center in Farmers Branch, Center Point Business Park in Mesquite, Glenville Business Center (above) in Richardson, Valpointe Business Park in Carrolton and Cypress II Business Center in Houston’s North Freeway/Tomball Parkway submarket. Tenants include Turn Around Communications, Security Control System, Arsham Gymnastics, Texas Metals Industrials, Murray Drywall and InterFET Corp.

HFF director Jeff Sause, senior managing director Kevin Mackenzie and managing director Adam Herrin repped the borrower.
