Downtown Fort Worth trophy office asset City Place is now in the hands of Stream Realty Partners.

Stream Realty Partners nabs leasing assignment for Fort Worth's City Place.

City Place chose Stream to handle office leasing activity for the building, with Cullen Donohue and Vic Meyer taking the lead in all marketing and leasing efforts. 

The two-building asset offers 531K SF of Class-A office space and overlooks Sundance Square. The property includes One City Place, located at 300 Throckmorton St., and Two City Place at 100 Throckmorton St.

EXECS

Cawley Partners named Greg Biggs vice president of development. Biggs will be responsible for growing the firm's platform and growing its presence in the corporate build-to-suit development space.

Cushman & Wakefield hires Carrie Halbrooks.

Carrie Halbrooks has joined Cushman & Wakefield from Stream Realty Partners. Halbrooks will serve Cushman's office leasing team in Dallas. She is a member of Ladies in Commercial Real Estate and is a graduate of Midwestern State University. 

Cushman also hired Zach Bean away from Stream Realty Partners to serve as part of its office agency leasing team out of Dallas. Bean is a member of The Real Estate Council and has a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Dallas Baptist University.

ACQUISITIONS

A 104K SF industrial property at 1460 Round Table in Dallas has been sold with the help of Stream Realty Partners' Jamie Jennings, Jason Moser and Andrew Rabinovich, all of whom represented the seller. The buyer is Dallas County.

Falkenberg Construction Co. purchased 10K SF of industrial space at 2435 109th St. in Grand Prairie. Mercer Co.'s Corby Hodgkiss represented the buyer while NAI Robert Lynn's Patrick Embry represented the seller.

A 51-year-old store that holds a Spec's Wines, Spirits and Fine Goods outlet just sold at 1604 West Northwest Highway in Dallas. The California-based seller hired Stan Johnson Co.'s Mark Lovering to handle the sale. The buyer is an institutional investor who paid $4.3M for the building.

Christar sold a 49K SF building at 1500 International Parkway in Richardson to Network of Community Ministries. Lee & Associates' Tom Walrich, Brett Lewis and Connor Hunt represented the seller.

J & S Royal Lane sold a 56K SF industrial asset at 9150 North Royal Lane in Irving to Bailey Financial. Lee & Associates' John Collins and Rhett Streelman represented the buyer, while Lee & Associates' Nathan Denton represented the seller.

Louis Land Co. sold 7.8 acres at Enterprise Place in Arlington to High Street Logistics Properties. Doskocil Properties' Jason Doskocil represented the seller, while DFW Lee & Associates' Colton Rhodes and Mark Graybill represented the buyer.
