Coworking firms continue to grow their Dallas-Fort Worth footprint with WorkSuites and WeWork announcing new sites in North Texas.

WorkSuites revealed plans for a third Uptown Dallas-area coworking space, inside 4131 NCX, a building at 4131 North Central Expressway. The flexible office site will open its doors in December.

The coworking provider already has two other Uptown-area locations, with the most recent opening at 2626 Cole Ave.

WorkSuites intends to occupy 29K SF inside 4131 NCX, making it the company’s 19th location and its 15th site in Dallas-Fort Worth.

"Our second Uptown location was 90% occupied within weeks of opening," WorkSuites CEO Flip Howard said in a statement. "The demand for all types of flexible workspace is growing exponentially, and entrepreneurs and professionals want options without long-term commitments or large startup costs."

WeWork announced plans to open a third Plano location at Legacy Town Center. The coworking giant plans to occupy 53K SF at 6900 North Dallas Parkway in Legacy Town Center.

WeWork already has sites at Plano’s Legacy West and Legacy North developments. The new site is the firm’s 11th location in Dallas-Fort Worth.

"We are so pleased to welcome WeWork to Legacy Town Center," KBS Senior Vice President and asset manager Brett Merz said in a statement. "Their passion and commitment to their members aligns with our dedication to an unrivaled experience in our buildings."
