Dalfen Industrial Nabs 40 Acres In Mesquite

Dalfen Industrial continues to grow its Dallas-Fort Worth industrial footprint with the purchase of nearly 40 acres in the Dallas suburb of Mesquite.

The land is located off East Scyene Road adjacent to the city of Mesquite Airport. The land sale was brokered by Younger Partners' John St. Clair and Jack Gail.

“These parcels were attractive to the buyer, whom already has a presence in Mesquite and is an experienced industrial developer, because of their location within the quickly emerging Mesquite market,” St. Clair said in a statement.

“This part of Mesquite, along with nearby Sunnyvale, has emerged as a solid industrial submarket. This area was previously overlooked but has turned into a solid in-fill industrial location.”

Dallas-based Dalfen remains a top player in DFW industrial activity, with the firm already showing a penchant for Mesquite industrial property. In December, Dalfen acquired the 396K SF Peachtree Distribution Center in Mesquite.

The same month, the Goldman Sachs group and Dalfen Industrial added 11 buildings to a joint portfolio created by the two organizations.
