We joined the Ladies in CRE networking group for a glass of wine and some prime networking in the Colliers International offices at 1717 McKinney last night where we caught Colliers’ Mary Stoner Yost giving some advice: don’t burn bridges, network, find a mentor for candid conversations and constructive criticism. Strong relationships help forge success, she advises.

It looks like Cushman & Wakefield’s JJ Leonard missed the memo that it’s a women’s only event. Or maybe not, that’s not the real JJ, but JJ 2.0, the gals tell us. Apparently, the Cushman folks have created their own Flat Stanley version of JJ (affectionately named JJ 2.0), which they like to take with them so JJ is never far away. JJ 2.0’s crowd includes Cushman’s Meredith Durham and Shannon Johnston, Peloton’s Aarica Mims, Cushman’s Rena Chappell and Sarah Savage, Interior Architects’ Skyler Baty, Fults Commercial’s Gini Russell, and Furniture Marketing Group’s Andrea Cedillos.
