Team Jones Lang LaSalle
More than 1,325 riders participated in the Make-A-Wish Foundation?s Jones Lang LaSalle Wish 100 cycling event in Plano on Oct. 9, including Team Jones Lang LaSalle members (recovering after the ride at the Tail Ache Party) Stephen HolleyLarry Boldt, Elvis, Calvin HullPeter BelisleTommy ParrettRenee Parrett,Brad Selner, and Bo Bond. Tommy, regional manager of JLL project development services south region, was the top fundraiser (with $10k) and served as lead rider to start the bike rally. He says the Make-A-Wish Foundation has long been one of his passions. This event is more than a bike rally, he says, as it brings communities together for children and families.

The rally travels through nine communities—Allen, Carrollton, Fairview, Hebron, Lucas, Parker, Plano, Richardson, and The Colony. Peter, prez of JLL?s energy and sustainability services team in LA, was the rider who traveled the furthest distance to participate. In 2009, JLL had the highest fundraising team and was this year's named sponsor. The JLL fundraising team gathered $15k and 40 riders. Through its history, the Jones Lang LaSalle Wish 100 has raised more than $162k, which is enough to grant 23 wishes for North Texas children with life-threatening medical conditions.
