That's according to Boxer Retail president Michael Pariza (second from right) and his team, which breathes life into struggling retail centers. Michael says programming entertainment at retail centers attracts returning customers and increases the appeal for tenants. Boxer Retail manages and leases properties throughout the US, and its firm produces unique property marketing campaigns in-house at a fraction of the cost of competing firms. It recently signed leasing and management agreements for Missouri City Corners in Houston, Crystal River Mall in Florida, and Piedmont Mall in Virginia.
