|The first phase of Jackson-Shaw's Brick Yard Business Park, a 60-acre industrial flex park in Beltsville, MD, received the 2010 NAIOP Award of Excellence in the âBest Industrial/Flex Projectâ category. It's 60% occupied with leases from 40k SF to 80k SF, and purchases from 24k SF to 40k SF. The Brick Yard occupies land that is the former site of the Washington Brick Co., a manufacturing complex and mine.
