|The Cascades at The Colony signed four new tenants for the Jackson-Shaw 100-acre, master-planned development. That's 60k SF in leases (and a lot of ballpoint pens).|
|The tenants—all signing five-year deals—include Lakeland Marketing for 8k SF; Tuffronts for 27k SF of office and manufacturing space; Write Now! Office Products for 16k SF of office and warehouse space; and Schneider Optical, a German-based manufacturer of optical lenses, which is moving its US HQ to 11k SF of office and manufacturing space. Jackson-Shaw development VP Jason Nunley thinks the development's two Marriott Hotels and event center combined with a location two miles west of the North Dallas Tollway (and on the north side of State Highway 121) make The Cascades desirable. The development is exclusively repped by CBRE's Burson Holman and Adam Hammack.|
