Corporate Concepts director of business development Mark Dillon sent us a fun side dish recipe that you might consider as the holiday season approaches. It’s grilled corn painted with maple syrup on the grill, coupled with sautéed onions and bacon and mixed together in a big bowl. “Killer side dish that my kids beg me to make,” Mark says.
