Bear Construction's George Wienold (left) caught a lunker 51" musky a few years back in Lake in the Woods, Canada. He was trolling with a 10" Jake lure, and the 45-pound musky hit with tremendous force and battled a long time before being netted, photographed, and successfully released, he tells us. The Bear gang now makes the trip north every year and they've caught four muskies over 50".

Here's McShane Construction's David Rintz (right) with the biggest largemouth bass he's ever caught, on a golf trip in '09. David and his friends take an annual golf trip to the Green Lake area and stay at Scharenberg's Resort on White Lake in Montello, Wis. Up at 5:30am one day, he rolled about of bed, grabbed his gear, and headed out the cabin door to the pier. "On the second cast, I hooked this beauty," he says. It was released to be caught another day.
