Does Chicago Have a Cycling Workout Bubble?

Placeholder

Is Chicago in a boutique workout bubble? That's the question being raised as more expensive cycling workout concepts arrive in the city to compete with recognized brands like SoulCycle and Flywheel Sports for your fitness dollar. CycleBar, a Cincinnati-based company, plans to expand nationally and has its sights set on a few locations in Chicago. Audie Beeson plans on opening a CycleBar in Oak Brook next year as an alternative to "big-box" gyms for suburban residents and will offer lower rates compared to SoulCycle and Flywheel. We'll continue to ride a bike on the streets, thank you. [Crain's]
