MAB Capital Planning Another Morgan Street Development

The developer behind Brass Monkey and Morgan Manufacturing loves the Morgan Street edge of Fulton Market. MAB Capital Management is planning a 52k SF project at 450 N Morgan, with delivery slated for some time next year.

MAB Capital, headed by Marc Bushala, was one of the early developers in Fulton Market. While other groups focused on Fulton Market proper or Randolph Street, MAB transformed 401 N Morgan, a five-building, 88k SF site that used to house an electrical parts factory, into the Morgan Manufacturing complex, housing an events space, offices, Brass Monkey restaurant and bar, and a distillery.

The new development is across the Metra tracks from Morgan Manufacturing, according to Crain's; the team will demolish the existing building and build a new project including three floors of office space, ground-level retail, 50 parking spots and rooftop decks. [Crain's]
