According to data from Smartasset, Chicago is Airbnb's third-most-profitable domestic market. An average Chicago two-bedroom rented through Airbnb generates an expected annual profit of $24,175. We obtained data of Airbnb's most profitable Chicago listings from Airdna, to find the top studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom offerings.
