At 836 feet tall, One Bennett Park will be the tallest all-residential tower in Chicago upon its completion.

Related Midwest topped off One Bennett Park in Streeterville, inching Chicago's tallest all-residential building closer to completion.

When completed in early 2019, One Bennett Park will rise to a height of 836 feet. It is the tallest building to top off in Chicago since 2009. The building will include a mix of 279 apartments and 69 luxury condos and will be one of the highest-profile residential developments in a multifamily building spree that will add over 7,500 new apartments to downtown inventory through 2019. Related Midwest is also building the 1.7-acre Bennett Park adjacent to the tower.

Construction of One Bennett Park began in 2016, with Related Midwest landing $240M in construction financing for the project. One Bennett Park crossed the 50-story threshold last September. All of the apartments and the first wave of condos will be ready for move-ins in the fall.
