Cornerstone Buying Deerfield Office Complex for $154M

Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers bought an office complex in Deerfield from GE Capital Real Estate in a $154M deal. Corporate 500 Centre on Lake Cook Road consists of four buildings and nearly 698k SF. GE bought the complex, which is over 93% leased, in 2008 for $177.2M. Crain's reports GE sold most of its real estate assets to Blackstone Group and Wells Fargo in April in a $23B deal but it wasn't known how much, if any, of GE's 4.2M SF of Chicago properties were included in the deal.
