YOBA ROCKS OUT

YOBA spent their evening on an office crawl to four raw spaces on LaSalle Street, finishing at the not-so-raw LaSalle Power Company; Jones Lang LaSalle's Craig McKesson and Tishman Speyer's Mike Mediroth  and Eric Myers played a set with their band, to wish good riddance to 2009 and get ready to rock in 2010.

 

In the audience, we snapped Wright Hereema's Josh Tremblay  and Margie Kurkowski, flanking J.F. McKinney's Jack McKinney. Wright Hereema just finished a 20k-SF office build-out in Vancouver, while Jack signed a lease for Silliker at 233 N. Michigan Ave and is working on project with the GSA.
